If  my own therapeutic journey has taught me anything, it's remembering why we do the work; to live a life that is true to us, that fulfils our values and ultimately one that brings us joy.

For me, this journey of twists and turns and ups and downs, has brought me back to a sense of home within myself; the sea has reconnected me to my sense of purpoise (pun intended!) and how I can use my own blend of skills to help others find theirs.

Because when we realise that we all offer different things, we create a rising tide that lifts all the ships. A body of bodies whose potential ripples forwards and outwards and upwards.

This is how I see therapy

Not as the end result, but instead the bridge getting us from where we are now to where we want to go.

I believe the skills we learn in therapy can do so much more than help us resolve our past traumas: they can offer us a path towards the person we are yet to become. By using these skills as stepping stones we can better understand who we are, what we want, and take the actions we need to get us there.

And so, as part of my practice, I offer 1:1 coaching to help you TAP into that you who lives the other side of the bridge. The you waiting to be discovered and the life ready to be lived.

Through a combination of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy and ‘Project You’ frameworks we take a deep dive into what it is that lights you up, so that you can actualise what you feel called to do.

We identify any life-limiting narrative(s) you may currently have and instead learn ways to not only rewrite your story, but reconstruct the very fabric of its pages.

In this way, you can become the architect of your own adventure and lead a life you love.
