During our time together, we will create something I call Tápholl. This old Irish term means the calmness when two tides meet and shift. In this shifting yet peaceful space, we find opportunities for growth. You can cultivate this calm through nature, creativity, movement, and mindful breathing. I will teach you skills to help you manage yourself, ensuring that you feel prepared to face challenges when our sessions end.

Our main goal is to empower you to navigate your own path. With some guidance, you'll be amazed at how far you can go, and I will support you throughout this journey.

My training as a Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, alongside my background across the arts and movement practices means that I have a breadth of knowledge to help guide you to where you want to go. So whether you feel stuck or unable to express what it is that is troubling you, you can trust that we can find a way that suits you.

My goal with Tápholl is to create a space where you feel held in your experience, where you are able to communicate your issue(s) in a way that feels true to you. It is my hope that this space creates the space you need to not only life your life, but love your life.
